The Price of Experience Fiction
A Single Year Fiction
Memoires of a Misfit Non-Fiction
London. 1962. In the midst of the Cuban Missile Crisis and the onslaught of 'Beattle-Mania' a young woman escapes a solitary home life, with a shell shocked veteran father, for University in the North of England where she meets the mysterious Professor Fielding and the enigmatic Doctor Porter-two men who will change the course of her life forever.A coming-of-age tale about love, survival and sacrifice set against the backdrop of war, The Price of Experience tells the story of three very different lives irrevocably altered by one very simple choice.
Alot can change in a single year...or so Daniel Bloom is about to discover...Based on an incredible true story A Single Year charts the rise and fall of an ambitious, young banker from top of the pile to bottom of the heap on the eve of the worst financial crisis of the 20th Century, only to find his way home by the unlikeliest of routes - The subway station beneath the Twin Towers on September 11th 2001.
In 2007 writer and actress Stephanie O'Brien left her native Dublin to pursue her ambitions in the UK of working in theatre and film in London. This is the poignant, funny and touching true stony of one womans journey into the next chapter of her life without any idea where she is going but finding, quite by accident, everything she ever wanted along the way.
